Managers are great-they support you at the times. you can take leaves when you want Projects are Average-you get to learn on your own Flexible work timings

Cons

No infrastructure-Ambiance-it does not look like a software company Work pressure - there are chances of working overnight Policies-are not employee friendly its employer friendly only work no fun- you dont get a chance to celebrate anything Pay is very less-Incentives are also not good Management is very much into cost cutting

-Excellent benefits package -Great opportunity for hands-on learning

Cons

-strong "us vs them" mentality (ex: union vs non-union, wabtec vs industry, workers vs management) -very blue collar work culture -shady business practices (ex: working overtime without overtime pay) -sense that employees stayed at the company because they were stuck there -short term thinking (tries to nickel-and-dime costumers) -top heavy with management execs
