      Pros

      It's smaller than the other engineering firms in the area so it's more flexible but also means the pay can be a bit less but it's a quality group of people.

      Cons

      Lack of resources at times due to the nature of the business. Only 2 weeks paid vacation.

      Pros

      They have one of the best benefits packages that I know of , relaxed work atmosphere, good overtime rates, flexable work hours

      Cons

      hard to get decent pay raises, long hours, my job was very physical & mental demanding, some time had trouble understanding management's requests

      Pros

      You can use vacation when needed without scheduling it. Workconditionsare clean and the people who work there are friendly. Tuition reembursement if managemant thinks it is relavent to your job position.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Top management only worried about themself. Lower than normal salaries. Very little growth oppertunity unless you are brought in by senior management. Can not take classes to prepare yourself for another position.
