Pros

Came into the company with no experience and all I've done is grow,unlimited overtime,company truck,company tools provided,good support,no need to buy materials,paid to travel the country try,as long as your a hard worker you can get time off on a moment's notice,if your a profitable tech pay raises are plentiful

Cons

If your not self driven this is not the company for you,have to be a problem solver, switching between days and nights can be rough,you will work with techs that are clueless and refuse to learn

Not Many, I guess some of the people are good to work with

Cons

No real onboarding process. Vacation policy is terrible. Pay scale is poor, and they do not give merit raises, just cost of living adjustments if at all. Leadership seems to care more about money then getting rid of toxic staff. Their Healthcare benefits are the worst I have ever seen

Some great staff there. Free pizza Fridays. Casual dress.

Cons

No annual reviews. No raises, period. You only hear about your mistakes. Male chauvinistic hierarchy treats women employees like lesser employees. Many (not all) of engineers & sales force are arrogant and entitled, and they get away with it.
