Pros

Good health care, typically don't have to take work home, company is pretty laid back on when you need personal days off.

Cons

vacation time sucks, the company is slow to recognize growth in their employees and salaries are extremely low for PM's and the work load that comes with the job title. Annual percentage raise is a joke and is barely above inflation rates by 0.3% the company offers a raise of 2.5% room to grow is slim to none.

Sometimes management can be real Really off of each job. If the budget is getting close to that mark, the employee will suffer.

Pros

Pay is OK. They pay for benefits (single person) which makes up for that. Nice company vehicle with 4WD. Paid travel, which is crucial because there's a lot of travel.

Cons

Took a pay cut to work here. A lot of windshield time. Issues with communication between field and management but that happens at a lot of companies. Very inconsistent hours and you have to beg for work sometimes.
