They will lie to you about the job and then steal from you while on the job. Their PMs are encouraged to lie and cheat their technicians and helpers. It is in their culture. There is ZERO work/life balance. They also underpay then justify it with their benefits package...which they chose because it saves them money in the end. They do NOTHING to help or benefit their employees.

Unrealistic expectations, lied to from the beginning from start date, I was given start date and then sat for 2 weeks waiting for my tools and gear with no pay. Sat around until after Thanksgiving before they finally gave me work. I worked a total of 10 days in 2 months in an area that I wasn't hired for and working in a position I wasn't hired for. The communcation is horrible. The company is disorganized from top to bottom. They are in the middle of re-organizing their management structure and are doing a massively horrible job at it. None of them are on the same page. They are hiring through recruitment companies so if they give you a start date do not quit your current position because you will be without a paycheck for weeks and no help.
