Pros

Benefit package used to be good but now not much different than any other company. They say they are paid but the deductible and co-pays are so high same as if you paid for them. They use this to try and convince you it's worth five more dollars an hour.

Cons

Poor management. Limited support they have one electrician in the office in their service department. Which means if you have any issues you have to try and get to speak with him. Management is unable to help you unless it is to discuss your time or DOT. Lastly do not expect to be paid scale wages here. For some reason they have unlicensed electricians working for them that they pay more.

Pros

- The insurance is pretty good - The work is independent and almost feels like your running your own business, if you say yes to everything.

Cons

- this is a yes man company and good old boy club. If you are not in the in crowd becareful because they will retaliate and treat you differently. - Most of the upper management is out of touch on how to run accounts. They only care about their bonus.

Horrible Experience

Pros

Health benefits are decent. I really don’t have much to put about pros. There are a few good people employed here.

Cons

Vacation is worst I’ve ever seen in a company. Do not care about employees unless they are making them tons of money. Opinions or thoughts are not valued unless part of the “brotherhood clan.” Horrible HR violations almost every day in the office. PMs are expected to work 24/7 and give up their life for Wachter, especially on the fire alarm team. Company leaders do not have ability to see faults in the company and improve. Inability to see the need of help coming. Do not hire additional resources for help until 6 months to a year later after employees are drowning. Little to no training provided. Inability to recognize good employees and invest back into them. They care much much more about making money than doing things the right way. Over work good office employees and good field technicians, do not hold bad employees accountable for lack of production. Do not provide opportunities for moving up or career growth. Bonus program is structured to only benefit directors and VP position. Bonus structure is not honored as promised, and worst I’ve ever seen. I would not recommend working here.
