Room for growth , and little experience required. They will teach the right individual who is willing to learn, and do offer training if you push for it

Long hours , expected to answer company phone off hours and on weekends if needed. Mix of blue and white collar personalities

Pros

Good health care, typically don't have to take work home, company is pretty laid back on when you need personal days off.

Cons

vacation time sucks, the company is slow to recognize growth in their employees and salaries are extremely low for PM's and the work load that comes with the job title. Annual percentage raise is a joke and is barely above inflation rates by 0.3% the company offers a raise of 2.5% room to grow is slim to none.
