Open Door policy is a joke. Employees raise concerns according to the ""open door policy" with HR. rather than investigate the ongoing abusive behavior of the identified employee, HR and upper management consider the rightful complaint as an issue of the informant. They look for ways and try to dig up dirt on the informant and punish the victim, rather than address the issue. Nobody can be trusted there, unless you are apart of the exclusive brotherhood clan. If you still work there, this behavior and mindset will never change. Look for another job in order to save your sanity.

Company paid benifits and freedom to manage accounts how you feel best.

Cons

They will get rid of you before doing the right thing. I had an employee who spent most of her day shopping online instead of working, when I brought this to my director he said they would look into it. Nothing was done and in my opinion only because she was dating another girl on my team and they were in fear of a lawsuit. I got back in town from visiting a customer and was told that I had some complaints come in while I was gone about me being sexiest towards the women on my team and that I had to either get counseling or be terminated, I was asked to take a few days to think about my options so I left the company.

Pros

Good pay, great atmosphere, nice benefits. Multiple shifts to choose from. Big name customers. Great reputation. Amazing field employees.

Cons

High stress, too many teams, management doesn't communicate effectively, not very diverse. HR complaints are not taken seriously. HR complaints do not remain anonymous. Upper management sometimes brags about having enough 'clout' to avoid consequences for their actions.
