      Pros

      if you dont care about spending time with your family and love long hours then this is the place for you. Benifits are ok, Company truck, laptop, and phone is a plus. Medical used to be good then they became their own insurance company and most providers dont accept.

      Cons

      If you say no to a job you get black listed if you have a diffence of opinion with a PM who has actually no experience in the field you can get written up. Don't actually have any medical issues or you find yourself without a job. I was there for 5 yrs had a medical issue and was terminated. They feed you a story during your orientation to get you excited about being hired that they appreciate you and are all about family, this is only true if you work in the office in arkansas, if your in the field they dont care at all and don't want to hear any excuses.
