Cons
It's not for everyone and can be a lot of hard work, but if you grind and are hungry you can advance quickly (just be patient). It's not a huge company so you can wear a lot of hats. Some after hours and weekend work (depends on which customer/project). Cultures and expectations across departments can be quite different within the company.
