Pros

Several good colleagues. Some are highly talented in the human relations aspect in the daily running of the company. Upper mgmt. keeps workforce informed about alterations and goals in product lines and compensation packages. Union supported workforce.

Cons

Wayback when syndrome. Valid issues are swept under the rug. Picayune issues by the old guard members are amped up to imitate a crisis.

Pros

Some of the employees, and hours worked. but watch your back. Overtime.

Cons

Office managers and leads have no true daily plan from day to day and continually undermine eachother and tasks that should be completed. No training. Walk in and do the job. Management does not like questions, opinions, or suggestions. Unprofessional and unhappy office personel. Unorganized company especially the Logistics centre. High turn over Doing multiple jobs without completing the first task given, and being told to do them by three different people.

Lack of communication and negative atmosphere

Pros

There are some people in the office trying to make some changes to improve the company operations, but nobody in a position that could make these changes seems to want to allow that to happen.

Cons

There was talk about how they would like younger employees with a fresh set of eyes and new ideas when I was hired. In reality, that is not the case at all. The old guard seems to want to keeps things just how they are. There is a big lack of communication between departments, but nobody tries to change this very important issue at all. There are plenty of subgroups of people running in different directions without bringing these ideas and plans in front of everyone. It also felt like the morale was very low all the time. There was no sense of team within the office.
