Lake of true Lean leadership at Managment level

There people at the ground level that are looking to make change just waiting for leadership they can trust. Great benefits and pay structure for office employees.

Cons

Lean conversations but no True Lean follow through. Kaizen events are forced direction of Managment ideas. No cross functional team contribution. The idea and decisions are brought in by Managment and shoved down the throats of the participants. Some believe they are smarter than the team and don't let them come to solve the problem as a group. Doing so shows there ignorance and that they are clueless t on how to make cultural changes. Lack of maturity and real intelligence.

Good benefits and some of the old policies that have been left alone are still in place. For now......

Cons

Lots of infighting, disorganization and little direction from the current managerial staff. Doesn't seem like there is any communication at all between the different factions that have developed since January.

Coworkers are great, excellent health reimbursements, great environment.

Cons

Management is awful. Pay is below average (but they tell you you get paid better than most), and there is a lot of smoke in mirrors between corporate communications and the field.
