Field Sales Force

Pros

Lot's of autonomy in the field sales force...very little micromanagement in most positions. Well paid. Management often talks about work-life balance and making sure to schedule time at home for your family. Industry leading products.

Cons

In certain positions in the field, there can be so much autonomy it becomes isolating. There is little room for growth, outside of sales management, in the field. So for anything else, that means a move to Milwaukee. Not necessarily a con for everyone. Corporate can tend to get a little out of touch with reality. Corporate culture tends to make everything a secret, sometimes inhibiting open communication and collaboration.

Pros

The benefits at Wacker Neuson are comparable to other companies in the industry. The product line is actually very good if a little over priced.

Cons

The work/life is very demanding with little acceptance for slow/low production even in the beginning of job. almost no assistance or training. Very little direction from management
