Negligent supervisors, constant lies by management, unrealistic expectations, clear favoritism, office people and production people are very disconnected, almost feels like there’s two different castes.

Very quick for managers or HR to turn on employees for any reason in any part of the company. Don't trust headcount decisions or HR. Very short breaks for the plant.
