Pros

Great group of people at North American HQ, good products with excellent new skid steer line

Cons

Battle between the two main shareholder families in Europe after the 2007 merger caused unneeded turmoil and distractions for the organization. Very successful North American organization has now lost most of its autonomy with European HQ now directing most significant decisions.

Pros

They do have a very nice work schedule that is flexible to the needs of their employees, they have good benefits and a casual dress code.

Cons

There are more cons than one can sit here and list out but this has a 20 word minimum so I need to put something, so here is my answer: EVERYTHING!!!! Management at Wacker are completely unqualified as most managers do not have any higher education and no do not know how to manage employees or departments. Some managers get you so worked up that you start believing it's you and not them.
