Flexible work schedule (wfh and some days in office)

Cons

Management is unable to behave like management. Very petty, corrupt and clueless about how to properly grow the company. Kept in the dark about performance progress, you could be told you aren't performing up to expectations when you least expect it. Pay is not very competitive. No parental time off

Co-workers were great, loved the company expansion. Awesome to see so many women being hired in an engineering firm.

Cons

Lack of diversity, very poor leadership, absolutely no training. The corporate leaders are not hired with leadership in mind. No freedom to make decisions, complete micromanaging.
