Great culture and people that work within the company.

Cons

The set rotation work schedule for off days. Management may be lenient for emergency days that you may need off.

*Somewhat Free Food (you actually pay for it out of your check) *Decent Pay for Grill Operators *Wonderful Customers *Decent Benefits

Cons

*Managers are too lazy to properly train new employees. *There is no consistency in how each shift is ran. May as well be a different business each shift. *Very little adherence to food safety guidelines. *Very rude and disrespectful co-workers.
