For the amount of work that is required, the job isn't worth it. You're always on call and the employee retention is a joke. You never know if you'll have enough people to work. The employees call in whenever they want and are never disciplined for it. It's obvious that certain employees, even managers are stealing but nothing is done about it. There's no home and work balance. You'll see your employees more than your own family.

I made under minimum wage. Boss changed my schedule with no notice, I'd show up for my shift only to find out I was pushed for another day. My coworkers were mean. They pushed me around and yelled at me when I tried to help them, I honestly cannot believe the terrible environment that I was subjected to.
