      Americas place to eat, but is it the place to work?

      Pros

      As a grill op starting pay is amazing! $10/hr plus bonus than you can move on to maters and rockstar.

      Cons

      Meal credits are the worst. A certain amount of money is taken from your check every week depending on how many days you work. It if for the food you eat but you may only eat up to $8 worth of food which isnt too bad considering they take about $3 per full shift worked. Anything over $8 must be paid out of pocket. But if you dont eat the money is still taken out of your check regardless.

      1) Weekly pay 2) Great co-workers (luck is required) 3) Meal discounts 4) For Door Corps, the position gives you experience in crowd management, face-to-face customer service, autonomy

      Cons

      1) District Manger holding you accountable for the inaction(s) of a Unit Manager 2) Obnoxious customers, especially the ones fueled by alcohol/drugs 3) Working while sick. You don't work, you don't earn money, sick days etc. 4) Striving to remain open through threats of natural disasters (but customers tend to appreciate it)
