Pros

If you are willing to deal with a lot of headaches and constant change in a high pressure field this would be a great company to work for. There are a lot of things that you personally control but the pay is very much a performance base pay

Cons

Pay constantly changing. Never really know how your paycheck will be until the day before you get paid. There are to many pressures that are constantly changing and upper management constantly changes their ideas on what is important.

Pros

The money can be good, you take the good with the bad. You get to meet immersing or even famous people sometimes.

Cons

The longest shift it third 9pm-7am. Mandatory holiday work 12 hour shifts. Weekends have more girls on the floor so you get less tables to turn over.
