Fast-paced, easy once you get the hang of it, never a dull moment. No tip pooling.

Cons

Hard to learn the lingo at first. Lots of multi-tasking and sometimes no time for breaks if you're busy. While you get to keep your tips for yourself, you definitely work for them. Holidays are 100% required.
