Poor management Lack of professionalism The amount of people sleeping with co workers is insane and disgusting and they bring it to work. Favoritism is bad Pay is not worth it Depending on location customers can be..odd specifically drunken students who will try and physically fight you. The culture and values on paper is good otherwise it is never really upheld by workers
