Pros

The benefits would be three weeks of paid vacation as a manager. You get your schedule for an entire year so planning vacations and family functions are made easier. Advancement in the company is a plus.

Cons

All holidays are mandatory work days unless otherwise planned. Six day on and two days off work week. But the six days that you work, you are literally on 24 hours a day

Pros

The co workers are the best. You meet many people from all walks of life and you work as a team, whether you like it or not.

Cons

Management sucks. Don't ask them to do anything, because 9/times out of 10, it won't get done. If you aren't a manager's pet, you won't get the schedule you need either.
