Pros

The customers are wonderful, and SOME ( the ones who don't smoke crack or have other major "issues") make work fun.

Cons

EVERYTHING. The unit mgrs are terrible mgrs, too afraid of conflict to address issues with staff not coming to work, coming in on drugs, dealing/buying drugs at work, smoking pot while working, or just plain lazy, and do nothing except eat, and sit on their behinds on the phone.

Pros

Some upper management is great, company built on good values, but I doubt it'll last long.

Cons

Waffle House way is hard to implement if not taught correctly during training, excessive favoritism from upper management, unit managers have little control on helping associates advance, constant calls after hours
