Great benefits, and pay. 3 paid vacations a year. Every 4 months is the vacation schedule.

Cons

On a set 6 day 2 off rotation within you district. Could be considered a good thing but can't switch days off if needed.

You can make a lot of money plus it's easy to move up in the company . And if you ever have to move its easy to get a transfer any where in the south.

Cons

Dealing with a staff and been the only manger for that store can be difficult and even can become overwhelming at times
