Good pay, good benefits. Great training program which sets you up for success. Highly Organized with an excellent business Model.

Cons

Work all holidays and weekends. Quality Employees are hard to find considering the negative stigma associated with the Waffle House.

A few best reason to work for waffle house would be meeting new people! Making friends and getting your own regular customers,and The food of course lol learn something new everyday!!

Cons

Not getting a tip after I just bust my butt to serve you good hot food fast and friendly!!
