Customer base can be pleasant Easy to get hours Not difficult once you get the hang of it

Cons

Management plays favorites Don’t expect them to have your back in any situation. If you want a situation handled you have to call the employee hotline or go above heads. Certain employees will treat you badly in front of customers and nothing will be handled. Serving is dead-end, you won’t move up unless you start cooking.
