Excellent management training program. Great vacation Decent benefits

Cons

No 401k matching Mandatory 6-day work weeks Must work all holidays or face termination It is incredibly difficult to retain staff due to high expectations and low pay. No sick days Can be forced to work 17+ hours a day to avoid closing the restaurant if no staff is available. Must be on call at all times during 6-day work week. Forced to live within 10 miles of your location if you are a Manager.
