Pros
Advancement and compensation are based on effort and not seniority. Great support from upper management when or if you ever need it. Really good atmosphere to work in and ,if you can become good at managing your time and completing tasks, it becomes a fun environment to thrive in. You receive immediate reinforcement for hard work through the compensation and the opportunities that present themselves when you are recognized.
Cons
working on all holidays is mandatory. One full weekend off every six weeks (avg) this can be affected by holiday periods. Vacation periods have to be decided and scheduled at the beginning the year and there is not a lot of leeway when it comes to taking time off. The company is very money savvy and does a great job of keeping all the profits in the company; this means that most task fall on the manager to complete so they dont have to pay someone else.
