Pros

The management does a good job of working around important commitments outside of work.

Cons

Do not expect to be intellectually stimulated. Expect to be talked down to. The leadership tends to micromanage and is very slow to encompass change. Also, if you have a legitimate concern, the managers tend to be aggravated and dismissive rather than to address the issue as it should be.
