Pros

Advancment in the company, great managment, and four vacations a year, and they really stress the ownership in your unit as a manager.

Cons

Have to work all holidays at this job but that is expected in the resturant industry. But overall not a bad company

Salary pay base plus commissions Fun atmosphere 24 days of vacation Paid based upon performance as far as sales, retention, managing operational costs, recruiting, etc.

Cons

Have to work every holiday On-call 24/7 since restaurant is a 24 hour operation Have to report back to work every weekend for night shift change Potential of working possible doubles or even triples if you can't find a replacement cook
