Pros

Opportunity to meet new people, experience very fast paced work environment, test your multitasking skills, and patience with the general public.

Cons

Not all waffle houses are ran the waffle house way. Some managers don't know how to run a business. The employee hotline isn't worth a crap.

Pros

Compensation is fair by industry standards Great Support from senior management Love the interaction with the employees and the customers

Cons

Not too benificial for people with young kids as you work weekends and all holidays including christmas and thanksgiving day Bonuses are mainly sales driven at the district manager level Responsible 24 hours a day, so you can be easily woken up at 2am for any situation
