It's good for getting on your feet

Pros

Pay is good for cooks after a while. Easy to move up because of high turn over. If your shift does a lot of sales you get a cook bonus. You get 2 PTO bonuses a year along with a nice Christmas bonus.

Cons

Sometimes dangerous work environment due to customers. Have been harassed and had dishes thrown at me. Carry pepper spray very visible. Management can be very! Disorganized and irritating

Pros

Interacting and getting to know some of the customers. It can be cool sometimes.

Cons

Also have to deal with a lot tacky and sometimes aggressive customers. Staffing and mangers can be very messy. Some managers do not care about your safety. Tips isn't completely good. Very rare days. Not all employees are cleaning and help each other out. Soms management pick and choose certain people to pick on when they want things done, but not everyone (Favorites).
