Money is good for 1st shift but..

Pros

1st shift can make good money during a good rush and the holidays.

Cons

Have to wash dishes for the entire restaurant. Only restaurant Ive ever worked at with no dishwasher. Slows things down. Higher-up Management keeps asking for more side work year by year, to be done before leaving for the same pay. Unrealistic expectations. This year credit card tips will be reported and taxed on.
