      People! If you have good upper management they are supportive and will help you. You learn a lot about running a business. There is room to move up and the higher you go the better the pay.

      Cons

      You are in charge of working any shift you cannot find coverage for. Your employees aren't always the best people depending on your area. You're not off on your days off because staff will still call you. It's all about numbers. You are the only manager for the 24 hour business so everything is on you when it comes to fixing your numbers.
