Terrible pay, awful customers at night from rude, to lascivious, to outright thieves. After all the bars close, there's an inevitable rush of the most boisterous, angry people you've ever seen. A lot of sandwiches, some of which get snatched by the "customers"

No leadership, don’t believe in teamwork, everything is designed for speed rather than customer service/satisfaction. While sales and profit are important, they have a tendency to sacrifice customer service for profit. They care more about getting a table in and out as quickly as possible than they do about making sure a customer has the type of experience that will ensure they return.
