Pros

Cooking food during rushes is challenging and fun. The regular customers are pretty cool.

Cons

The upline management is a joke. District plays video games all the time and doesn't do anything, division has no back bone, and you rarely see anyone else. They always mess your pay up.

Pros

Money can be good, Promotions are possible

Cons

Again.. Unless you want absolutely no life, look elsewhere. The money is NOT worth it. 6, 7 days a week, on call, weekends, every single holiday.. and they wont tell you that you must go back to work at 8:30 pm for a shift change. There are no assistant managers. This is a 24 hour business. If you're lucky you go home. Half the time employees don't show up and you can be stuck. VP's are total jerks. Treat you like garbage. Its so old fashion as far as IT. Its mostly manual. You are responsible for Food Cost but they could steal like crazy and management's answer is to work longer hours. Its a total nightmare and will ruin your life, I promise. I was there TEN years. As I said I would not do it for a million dollars. I haven't stepped foot in a WH since I left. You will be miserable and feel like total crap and stressed out to death every day. Be there at 6:30 AM and maybe leave by 5 or 6 pm if you halfway do your job and go back at 8:30 PM and if the night shift comes in, which is rare you may get to go home. You'll have to go to a weekly meeting even if you're off. Its not worth it.
