Pros

Regulars that keep things Interesting.

Cons

Lies, such as...they care about your family. If they did they wouldn't have you work all day on Christmas. Upper Management such division managers that have a God complex and do nothing for their large paychecks. District managers that steal from the Store on the Managers day off and then blame it on the Unit Manager. Firing employees just to find out they were hired at another store. Not enough pay for all the stress that is there. Waffle House taking out a percentage of the cost of anything in the Store.
