Pros

Overall good company. Honest work. Will make you a very proficient manager for the future.

Cons

The poster in the restaurant will tell you everything you can receive it is all true. You will be hyped up as a trainee so stick to the fine print.

Pros

Good money for the job required. Freedom of mobility. Unpressured responsibilities

Cons

Work life balance is non existent. Little room for growth. Elevation is told to be performance based, but is really based on favor. The environment is toxic. With such little pay, low quality associates is the only option in a market that is already scarce.
