      Pros

      You're the "boss" for most of the day when your superiors aren't there. The job is intellectually very easy. If the day goes well you can leave relatively early.

      Cons

      Responsible for the actions of your employees whom are often not the most trustworthy or dedicated to say the least. On your feet ALL day but this is to be expected. Always on call even in the middle of the night if something goes wrong. Not being allowed to fire problem employees due to your upline not wanting to lose their bonus.

      Depends on unit manager if they’re cool Depending on the server or cook that left may leave you with things they should’ve done before you got there.
