Horrible place to work

Pros

Learning to cook on the grill is fun.

Cons

Too many hours. No time with your family because you are constantly working. You have to work ALL holidays. If you have a family this is not the job for you. They want you to have a bachelors degree to be in management and you don’t need a degree to cook bacon and order a truck. I think it’s a little overboard. High turnover. High stress.
