      Pros

      One reason I loved working there were the regular customers. Also, working at waffle house showed me the importance of teamwork and gave me plenty of customer service experience including how to handle rude or unruly customers in a calm and polite way.

      No stability as far as consistent hours week to week

      -Food is good -Insurance is good -Lots of good people used to work here -They had to stop demoting black people because we made the news for being racist

      Cons

      -New members of upper management team are fools. They get promoted because they are friends with Joe Rogers III or someone else high up in the company. -I had managers at other companies make fun of Waffle House while I interviewed with them. Simply put, the company has a terrible reputation. -Upper management is now made up of kids with trust funds who are actually racist
