      Pros

      If everyone works together the shift goes quick and everyone makes good money. The pace is quite quick for the most part and you stay busy. They offer company stock, insurance and paid time off.

      Cons

      If the team does not work as a group orders get messed up or take to long, the restaurant starts to look dirty, and everyone seems to have a chip on their shoulder. Shifts become difficult when workers don't show and others have to work late or come in early to cover those shifts
