Pros

discounted food and free food in staff room (only if out of date lol)

Cons

the management is a disgrace, they have no idea what they are doing. Felt like I was back to school with a bunch of 'clout chasers', none of which had a single brain cell. In my role, we were made to complete every job, as if you're superior, you just delegate and sit in an office doing sweet nothing. Severely understaffed but expected to complete all tasks in such a ridiculously short window of time- if not, management breathe down you neck and give your warnings and then they go back to doing nothing as per. Was nearly 2 years there and no opportunities to progress arose. Embarrassing company and embarrassing management
