Pros

Fair pay for the work carried out. Nice team

Cons

No longer get many benefits being a ‘partner’ and being part time it was difficult to get any weekend days off.

Pros

Lovely supportive colleagues... on the whole

Cons

Told that my contract was not being extended because I hadn't put evenings down when asked in survey which shifts I would prefer. I then offered to work evenings, but this was dismissed. Unfair treatment. Unpaid tea breaks.
