Pros

Discount across John Lewis and Waitrose Stores Push towards being a responsible retai

Cons

The job seemed to get harder every year with constant cut backs Progression stagnated over the past 5 years with less upwards movement and the business trying to suggest sideways movement with no pay increases Bonus has fallen every year Democratic/ Co-Ownership system is more a gimmic than a way of running the business now.
