Working nights gives you an additional 33% of your pay check due to unsociable hours and if you are looking for a fairly autonomous role/like being by yourself then this is perfect.

Cons

Not good if you don't like working alone Lots of heavy lifting Elitist attitude of Waitrose even carried through into the night shift
