Pros

You are able to work most days doing deliveries and having no one looking over you.

Cons

Your timings are monitored. Managers may ask why you are one minute late to a drop and remind you that you need to pull up their bad performing rates. Lonely job on the road. No consideration of toilet breaks, except the one break you are entitled to.

Pros

- Pension Scheme - Above national living wage - Discount scheme for John Lewis and Waitrose - Benefits Scheme through Partner Choice

Cons

- Benefits Scheme has seen the more desirable benefits be reduced or removed entirely in the last two years. - High turnover for both managers and standard staff - Quality of managers has decreased massively in the past few years. - High levels of micromanagement - Within the last year, the store was constantly working a skeleton crew with very little overtime available. - Little to no progression is available - Bonus scheme appears to be scrapped - Poor communication throughout
