Busy in seasonal periods which might require more hours to be worked and overtime but rewarded handsomely

Fair and kind management. Fairly enjoyable experience being out on the road with little intervention from management during working day. Good company benefits. Good specced vans with air conditioning.

Cons

Long days if not up to schedule, or technological issues - can work 12hr+ days without breaks if you're late (because you don't have time to stop or you'll further fall behind). But this is mitigated by fair management paying you for overtime, and this doesn't apply to just Waitrose anyway but any delivery job, and the time does go quickly.
