Worst job I have ever had

Pay is good, you are paid an extra third of your wages for hours worked between 10pm and 6am - this helps you justify sacrificing your wellbeing for a job No customers as well which helps reduce accountability when your collegues harrass you

This is truly the worst job I have ever had, - When I was initially hired, the work schedule I was told on the phone, the schedule that was emailed to me, and the schedule that I was actually supposed to work was all different. - I was given little to no information about my first shift, which left me standing outside the store in the middle of the night until I managed to come across one of my future coworkers who kindly let me in. - despite requesting 30+ hours a week, and a fellow new starter requesting a 20 hour a week shift pattern, He was given a 30 hour a week shift pattern while I was given a 20 hour a week pattern with shifts so awkward nobody would swap with me (the manager at the time did give me more hours when I requested) - there is a massive gender imbalance among the team (not the biggest issue with the store, however when you are the only woman in the entire building working with someone who has an ongoing investigation into sexual harrassment, and someone who openly jokes about underage girls, the work environment is extremely uncomfortable) - the entire night crew was left without a manager for four months. During this time there was absolutely no accountability for anything that the night staff did, and nobody to turn to to report anything. - I had members of staff joke about my sex life and my period, tell me that I would star alongside one of my coworkers in the explicit videos that he uploads online, and a single member of staff harassed me to the point where I began to have panic attacks at work. - Aside from one person, the entire management seem to do everything in their power to not do anything at all. I had to go to management multiple times about being harrassed at work, only to be told to that my coworker was only 'picking on me' because he was 'jealous of my boyfriend'. Thanks to the managements inaction, the situation with that member of staff go so bad he ended up physically attacking me at work, and even then, management wouldn't do anything until I said that I wouldn't return to work unless they moved my shifts. - Management would freely discuss private issues with people. I have had a complaint that I made (about uncomfortable jokes regarding underage girls) be openly joked about in the break room. The night manager genuinely had a meeting with my partner to discuss the issue with the coworker harrassing me. There are so many more things I could write about my experience at this store. I cannot stress this enough DO NOT WORK FOR THIS STORE
